Will NEVER go to this stealership again. Took my corvette in for simple service alignment and tire balance, alignment wrong car pulled right, tires were all incorrectly balanced and they damaged one of my tires and the wheel! When called out on the damage done to my car they denied it was done there. Steer clear of this place if you value your vehicle! If I could leave zero stars I certainly would.
I went in for an oil change and asked them to check my tires. They noted I did need 4 new tires, completed my oil change and sent me on my way. It wasn't until I got home I realized they also noted "needs air filter" which if mentioned, I would have paid for them to replace.. and "oil leaks". They didn't mention this to me at all. I called in concerned about the oil leaks comment because the vehicle is parked in the same spot daily and I haven't seen any leaks. The rep that answered the phone contacted the technician who noted it and said it could be this, that, or the other... but that it looks like it is not an active leak. They also did not handle my transmission replacement well last year and seem to struggle with communication.. I won't be back, even for an oil change.
I made an appointment for an oil change. One hour and 45 min later, I am still waiting. Not done, I was told one hour for this to be done. I spoke with Isaac 12 min ago he said 5 more minutes. Still waiting. I asked Issac why make an appointment if it takes so long. He informed my appointment is only to speak to an advisor, not for my service. What a joke. Done! One hour and 50 minutes!
The service department made the appointment I wanted, and performed the service I asked for in excellent fashion. The appointment needed more time than I had realized and the service department graciously arranged a ride home for me. I had the dark essentials package added. The truck is stunningly beautiful with this applied. The service department also washed the entire truck which I hadn't expected and had the truck and keys waiting in the sales department for after hours pickup which I requested. I couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I always feel welcome with any questions or needs at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet.
